Approved estimates can now be shared through secure customer-facing links. Customers can review the estimate in the browser, download the PDF version, and either accept it directly or sign electronically.
Approved Estimate Links
Team members can generate a share link only after an estimate reaches the approved state. Active links are stored as hashed tokens, and existing links can be revoked and regenerated from the estimate detail page.
Customer Review Page
- Public estimate page with line items, notes, total, and branding
- PDF route for printing or downloading the estimate
- Expired or revoked links are blocked
Acceptance Records
Customers can click to accept or draw a signature on the public estimate. The system stores the acceptance type, timestamp, IP address, user agent, share token reference, and signature PNG path when a signature is submitted. Contractor-side users can also void recorded acceptances when needed.
