The Simpro integration now supports tenant-specific Simpro builds and multi-company accounts. Account owners connect with OAuth, then choose which Simpro company ID TradesQuote should use for customer search and quote uploads.
Connection Settings
- Connect using a Simpro subdomain and domain
- Fetch available companies from the connected Simpro build
- Save the selected company ID on the account integration record
- Refresh expired access tokens automatically
Customer and Quote Flow
Estimate uploads use the selected company, fetch Simpro customers for the picker, resolve the first available site for the selected customer, and create a Simpro service quote.
Line Items and Traceability
TradesQuote creates a quote section, resolves a catalog cost center, and adds estimate line items as Simpro one-off material items. The resulting quote ID, quote URL, upload timestamp, and selected customer details are stored in estimate metadata.
