TradesQuote now connects to Xero through OAuth. Once connected, you can push any accepted estimate to Xero as a quote in a single click, keeping your accounting records in sync without manual data entry.
Connecting Xero
Account owners can connect or disconnect Xero from the Connections page under team settings. Authentication uses Xero's standard OAuth flow with automatic token refresh.
Pushing Estimates as Quotes
- Push an accepted estimate to Xero from the estimate detail page
- Line items, quantities, and unit prices are mapped to Xero quote lines
- The resulting Xero quote ID and URL are stored on the estimate for traceability
- Re-uploading an estimate requires confirmation if a quote already exists
